Programs & Services / Resource Navigation

Life’s challenges are often connected. A mental health concern may be made harder by transportation, housing instability, food insecurity, financial strain, or difficulty locating trustworthy services. Our resource navigation process helps individuals and families identify needs, understand options, and connect with available support.

How We May Help

Support is individualized and may include:

  • Listening to the immediate concern and identifying related barriers
  • Locating community programs and trusted service providers
  • Helping people understand application or referral steps
  • Coordinating with approved partners when appropriate and authorized
  • Considering limited charitable assistance when funds and eligibility allow
  • Following up when capacity permits

Our Approach

We serve the whole person with compassion and dignity. We do not judge people by their circumstances, and we do not require anyone to share our faith to request support.

What Resource Navigation Is Not

Resource navigation does not guarantee admission to another program, payment of expenses, or immediate assistance. Final decisions may be made by Love Offering Life, a funder, or an outside provider under its own rules.
