Frequently Asked Questions

We know asking for help can feel overwhelming. These answers explain what Love Offering Life does, who may request support, and what to expect.

What does Love Offering Life do?

We connect individuals and families with community resources, charitable assistance, professional services, education, and other forms of support that may improve mental, emotional, physical, financial, and overall well-being.

Do I have to be Christian to receive help?

No. Our Christian faith motivates us to serve, but our services are available without regard to religion, faith, spiritual belief, background, or lack of religious affiliation. Participation in religious activity is not required.

Is assistance guaranteed?

No. Assistance depends on the nature of the request, eligibility, available funding, program guidelines, partner capacity, and other resources. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or payment.

Does Love Offering Life provide emergency or crisis services?

No. We are not an emergency response agency or crisis line. Call 911 for immediate danger. Call or text 988 for a mental health or suicide-related crisis.

Can someone refer another person?

Yes. Individuals, families, clinicians, schools, churches, and community organizations may submit a referral when they have the person’s permission. We may need to speak directly with the person requesting help.

How long does the process take?

Response times vary with request volume, urgency, available documentation, and resource availability. We will explain next steps after reviewing the initial request.

Can you pay a bill directly?

When financial assistance is available and approved, payment may be made directly to a verified provider, landlord, utility, or vendor rather than to an individual.

How can I help?

You can donate, volunteer, sponsor a program or event, offer professional services, host a workshop, become a community partner, or share our mission.
