To be able to assist with the payment of life altering financial problems when no other options are available. This includes but isn’t limited to utility services, limited rent or mortgage payments, medication costs, transportation or vehicle repair cost, etc.
Mental health and financial concerns are closely linked and have a negative impact on each other. Not all financial concerns are urgent, but there are circumstances that need immediate attention. Several mental health clients have reported needing assistance with paying an electric bill or making a rent payment. We would like to be able to help assist those individuals in need to be able to alleviate some stress until a more permanent or long-term solution can be found.
We also want to serve as a resource for students entering college or other related academic areas and need assistance with books or supplies. We offer small scholarships to help assist with those financial burdens that may arise. In addition to monetary value, we also take donations for items for our food pantry and other initiatives we have throughout the year. Those items can be dropped off at either of our locations in Clarksville or Nashville.
